10Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity

If the investigation results in a finding of no breach, the account will be fully reinstated and all suspended funds returned.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds during the period of breach may be forfeited. Genuine deposits made by the player will be returned unless they are subject to legal hold or regulatory requirement.

ph king365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if ph king365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph king365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Philippine players agree that any disputes shall first be submitted to ph king365's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Process

Regulatory Escalation
